Is anyone feeling as sorry for the Tasmanian devil as I am? IF you listen to NPR, you know what I am talking about. Granted these little ornery bad-tempered marsupials are not the most sociable cuties in the mammal world (even though I think Looney Tunes did a lot for its image). But what is the deal with the face tumors that they are getting. It is an epidemic that threatens to drives them into extinction. The tumors grow so big that the throat closes and the little devil starves to death.
