So basically don't eat American-ized Chinese food. If real Chinese food was so bad, all the Chinese would be fat instead of the fat Americans.
That being said, I will just drink an extra cup of water to try flush that sodium out my system, because I LOVE Chinese boneless ribs with extra hoison sauce and hot mustard!
